Download datashts.zip to your hard drive.

Extract this file  to an empty formatted high density  floppy disk. (generally drive 'A') 

Note: You will need to have Winzip or similar to extract the files.  If you do not have this program you can download an evaluation copy from http://www.winzip.com

Select START and RUN. Select BROWSE and navigate to your floppy (generally drive 'A')

Select 'psmrun.exe'

This will launch INTERNET EXPLORER.

IF THIS IS NOT SUCCESSFUL

Open WINDOWS EXPLORER or MY COMPUTER, navigate to your floppy disk  and double click on index.htm.
